The Dubbing of Firearm Owners introduces a formal ceremony where every gun purchase includes solemn oaths and time-honored traditions acknowledging the responsibility of ownership. This innovative approach transforms the acquisition of firearms from a simple transaction into a meaningful moment of reflection and commitment
"This program has the potential to fundamentally shift how we approach firearm ownership. By adding ceremony and tradition to the process, we expect people will approach it with a completely different mindset," said ATF representative. "Looking at similar ceremonies throughout history, we see how shared rituals can transform a simple transaction into something profound. That's what we're aiming to create here."
